Booking Inquiry Process
  1. Please check my calendar to confirm availability. An open date doesn't mean I'm available but it's a good place to start. Also, depending on timing, I may be able to do multiple performances in a day. 
  2. Please review my generic contract (click here) 
  3. Please Email Me (details provided below).  This helps me stay organized. If you just want to send me a short email first to confirm date availability before providing all the information below, you can do that first. I will then ask you to provide all the information below before dialoguing further. 
  4. After getting answers to all the information below, I'll email back with clarifying questions, conflict information, and/or we'll setup a time for a phone call. 
  5. I do engage in a phone call with everyone before I present a contract and before we complete a contract

  2. Prior Experience - Have you ever seen me perform live before? If so, where/when? Was anyone playing with me?
  3. Prior Experience - Have you ever hired a live band before? If so who, how many times, and what type?
  4. Responsible Party - Are you the person responsible for signing contract and making payment?
  5. Date - Date(s) of interest. Any flexibility in dates
  6. Timing - Your Event Timing (start and end)
  7. Timing - Desired amount of time for us to provide Live Music 
  8. Location - Location(s) of event
  9. Location - Does location offer a minimum of 10x10 area and access to electricity?
  10. Music/Performers - # of Performers (Solo / Duet / Trio / Band) and details related to performers you'd like me to include if possible
  11. Music/Performers - Music Styles or Genre's of interest
  12. Music/Performers - Specific request for myself and/or other performers
  13. Phone Prefs - What is a good phone number for you?  Are there times that are not good to reach you?
  14. Digital Com Prefs - Do you use text ? Do you use email? Do you have a preference
  15. Other - Is there anything else you'd like to discuss?
